Our recruitment team closely examines your CV with regard to the vacancy you have selected and/or other job openings in our company.

Your application is answered quickly.

If we believe you are qualified for the job you are invited for an initial interview. This gives you a clear picture of the job and our company in general and we can get a feel for your expectations.

And if we hit it off immediately? Then we schedule an appointment for an internal or external screening. This takes either half a day or an entire day.

And if you get a positive recommendation? Then you are introduced to the manager and the person who would be your direct superior. This gives you a pretty accurate idea of your responsibilities and you will know what to expect of the job.

Finally, we negotiate a contract.

And then ... you enter the world of Vanbreda.
